Information we collect
When you submit the diagnostic request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus optional company name, phone number, and preferred contact method. We do not request passwords, and the form does not accept file uploads of any kind.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your needs, and confirm scope before any engagement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is transmitted and stored
The form submits over an encrypted HTTPS connection to a server-side endpoint. Your submission is delivered by email to our inbox at hello@inkduplabs.com through our email provider (Resend). We do not operate a customer database or dashboard; the email is the record. Your information therefore lives in our email inbox and, transiently, in the email provider's delivery logs.
No sensitive data requested
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, payment card details, passwords, or file attachments through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.
Requesting deletion
You may ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email hello@inkduplabs.com with your request and we will remove the related correspondence from our inbox.
